One of the most important parts of planning your wedding is the wedding reception. You’ll need to make sure that you have plenty of food for everyone. Of course there are many excellent food choices out there, but if you want to make your wedding unique and extra special, you may want to consider going with some international wedding cuisine. Here’s a closer look at some ideas that can make your reception food special and tasty for your big day.
Bring Together Cultures of the Bride and Groom:
If you are marrying someone and both of you come from different international cultures, a wonderful way that you can celebrate both of those cultures is to include international wedding cuisine from both of your cultures. This is a wonderful way that you can both enjoy something from your culture on your wedding day. No doubt your families will be thrilled with this decision as well. Consider labeling your food choices so guests will know what foods come from which culture and can celebrate your heritages with you.
A Sampler from Around the World:
Of course even if you don’t come from different cultures, it can still be a great idea to include some international wedding cuisine at your wedding reception. If you can’t really decide on any specific cuisine you want to try, consider going with a sampler from all around the world. You can have foods catered in that come from various cultures from all over the world, which really allows you to tempt and please the various palates of your wedding guests.

Marriage is a beautiful thing, there’s no doubt about that. Your wedding is your chance to celebrate your love with your significant other, and it’s also your chance to share your love with those you care about, such as your friends, family members, co-workers, acquaintances, etcetera. A wedding is an opportunity to communicate your love with those you care about; therefore, you want to make the absolute most of it.
Your wedding can be viewed as the first impression of your love with your fiancée to the world, and you want that to make a statement. Be this as it may, some weddings simply tend to be dull—and you don’t want that for your wedding. Although there is nothing wrong with having a “traditional” wedding, there is also nothing wrong with spicing it up a bit.
Your wedding is the first step you and your fiancée will take together as a united couple; you want people to remember this special event. Make your wedding fun, something that your guests will remember not because it was dull or because something may have gone wrong, but because it was a great time.
A great way to throw some spice into your wedding would be by getting creative with some of the food selections. People tend to bond over food, so it’s crucial that you serve something everyone can enjoy, something everyone can indulge in. When thinking in terms of indulgence, what could possibly be a better dessert than ice cream? Everyone loves ice cream. From when they were but small children, to well into their adulthood, people never cease to enjoy ice cream, so what better way to end your wedding?

When you are getting ready to plan a wedding, you will often hear the terms simple and elegant used a great deal. They sound great, but you may be wondering what they mean, and what they mean together. The truth is, despite being seemingly contradictory, you will find that simple and elegant are words that can complement each other very well.
You will find that although weddings that are described in this way are a lot more quiet than other weddings, that they still have a very real charm and a very powerful effect. If you think that you are interested in a simple but elegant wedding, take a look at some things that may help you.
In the first place, you will find simple is really not code for cheap. What it means is that you have scaled down the design elements and chosen to use them in a way that complements the venue and the wedding party itself. The concept of simple but elegant is one where you will easily find that there is a lot to be said for clean lines, fresh design and a fair amount of planning.
In many ways it is like art. Sometimes, a simple cartoon is more difficult than a large complex piece of art because every line has to be true, and you will find that designing a simple but elegant wedding can have the same issues.
